events 2023
On our 5th year anniversary it's our goal to reach as many as possible. This year we will be hosting an on-line event so that you can join from any where. Our event will be on Saturday October 22nd at 8:15 am. Our event this year is a fitness challenge of 101 Level A Sun Salutations. We will be splitting the Sun Salutations into sets of 25 with a 5 minute break between each. Stay tuned with more details to come.
